I tried setting it up for wireless charging, but it just wouldn’t charge. I moved it around a few times and left it there for a bit, but nothing really happened, so that was disappointing

I wanted to like it, and at first I thought maybe it would be fine, but it felt stiff after a little while. It started rubbing and just got annoying fast. Maybe it works for other people, which is great, but for me it was uncomfortable enough that I stopped using it.

Overall it was fine, but the buttons were kind of a pain during checkout. They lagged a bit and sometimes didn’t respond right away, which made the process more annoying than it needed to be.

I really wanted to like it, but it slips around way too much when I use it. It gets annoying quickly and doesn’t stay in place like I expected.

The site felt messy to me. Compared to other online stores I’ve used, this one just didn’t feel as polished or modern. The colors didn’t really go together, and some pages looked weirdly empty while others felt cluttered. The product photos and layout also didn’t really pull me in or make me want to keep browsing. Even the text sizes felt inconsistent, like the design was rushed. Overall, it just wasn’t a great first impression.

I bought this from catalystlifestyle.com, cleaning it has been way more annoying than I expected. Dirt gets stuck in all the tiny little spots. Takes forever to wash properly. I thought it would be easy to deal with, but every time I use it, I already know the cleanup is going to be a pain. Not really happy with it.

I was let down by this. The photos made it look nicer than it actually is, but the material feels thin and a little rough. I only wore it a few times and it already started looking worn out. For the price, I expected it to feel better and hold up longer. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again

I’m disappointed with this case. It picks up fingerprints and oily marks almost immediately, even when my hands are clean, and it makes the whole thing look kind of gross.
I found myself wiping it over and over throughout the day, but a few minutes later it looked dirty again. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better and not make me feel like another ticket number after buying something that clearly wasn’t thought through.
Maybe it does protect the phone okay, but the smudge resistance is really bad. It always looks messy, and I’m regretting the purchase

I ordered a few things from catalystlifestyle.com, and when the package arrived, it wasn’t even what I picked. One item was the wrong size, and another was just a completely different product, so I was kind of sitting there like, am I missing something?
I reached out by email, but the replies were slow and didn’t really solve anything. It’s frustrating because I paid for the items I actually ordered, not whatever they decided to send instead

My order arrived in this really flimsy box, and when I opened it, everything inside was kind of a mess. It looked like the items had been tossed around during shipping. I was expecting it to be packed a bit more carefully, so it was disappointing... not really what I had in mind.

I wouldn’t buy this again, mainly because the touchscreen just didn’t work well enough for me. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot more responsive.

Using it day to day got frustrating quickly. I kept having to tap things more than once, and swipes didn’t always register the way they should. It made normal phone use feel annoying instead of easy.

I bought this Catalyst case assuming MagSafe would just work like normal, but it really hasn’t for me. My charger keeps sliding off unless I set it down perfectly, and even then the charging seems kind of hit or miss. I tried a couple different MagSafe chargers, so I’m sure it’s the case, or at least it feels that way. For the price, I expected it to be way less annoying. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I’m still shocked. My phone had one totally normal drop while it was in the Catalyst case, and somehow it still got damaged. I wasn’t throwing it off a building or anything, so I really expected way better protection. The whole point of the case was peace of mind, and instead I had a mini disaster on my hands. I reached out for support too, but that didn’t really go anywhere or help much. Disappointing overall

The case looks decent enough, but the port access is frustrating. I have to mess with the cover every time I want to charge it, and a couple of my cables don’t even fit properly. It’s not the end of the world, but it gets annoying quickly. Personally, I wouldn’t buy it again...

I was hoping this would do a better job protecting my lens, but in my experience, it still ended up getting scratched. I’m careful with my stuff, so it was disappointing to see the lens get marked up anyway.

I was trying to place an order, but the site kept freezing on me, and then my cart disappeared twice. I had everything picked out and then... yeah, kind of frustrating. I ended up having to start over, which was not great.

I put the case on and then Face ID basically stopped working right. Like, it would try, but it just wouldn’t recognize me most of the time. Not sure if it’s blocking something or what, but yeah… kind of frustrating

I’ve emailed catalystlifestyle.com twice now about my order and still don’t have a proper answer. The first message got completely ignored, and the second reply felt like some generic copy-paste response that didn’t actually tell me anything. It’s frustrating because I’m just trying to get a simple update, but there’s no real human contact at all. Everything feels automated, slow, and unhelpful, and I still have no idea what’s happening with my order
